Last updated: June 2026 · These terms apply to all relocation services provided by Gurgaon Packers and Movers, House no. 50A, Village Sukhrali, Sector 17A, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. By booking our services you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only after a written quote has been issued by us and accepted by you in writing (WhatsApp or email confirmation accepted). Verbal commitments do not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the scope of work is materially different from what was described at the time of the quote.
The price in the written quote is the price you pay, provided the inventory and scope of work remain as described at survey. We will notify you of any price revision before commencing work if the actual scope is materially larger (e.g., significantly more items than listed, access conditions worse than described).
Payment is due on completion of the move. We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. A GST invoice is issued for all jobs.
Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: no charge. Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 20% of the quoted price may be charged to cover crew and vehicle allocation costs. Cancellation on the day of the move: up to 50% of the quoted price may be charged. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice is free, subject to availability.
You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate inventory and access information before the move; (b) securing all necessary permissions from your building, RWA or society for the move; (c) being present or having an authorised representative present throughout the move; (d) ensuring items to be transported are legally owned by you or you have authority to move them; and (e) declaring any items of exceptional value, fragility or hazardous nature at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for damage to items that were not declared as fragile or high-value, or for delays caused by building management, RWA restrictions or access issues that were not disclosed at the time of booking.
We provide transit insurance assistance for accidental damage to goods during the move, subject to an inventory being created and signed before loading. Any damage claim must be raised at the time of delivery, before the inventory sign-off — claims raised after delivery acceptance cannot be processed.
We are not liable for: damage to items that were pre-existing before the move and documented on the inventory; loss or damage caused by force majeure including road closures, extreme weather or government restrictions; items packed by the client rather than our crew; or items not included in the inventory.
We do not transport: hazardous materials, flammable liquids (except vehicle fuel at safe transport levels), explosives, illegal items, perishable food, live plants or animals, or currency and negotiable instruments. If prohibited items are found in goods presented for transport, we reserve the right to refuse the move without refund.
Any dispute arising from a booking or move should first be raised directly with us at 092893 77586. We commit to responding within 48 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
